  • Ownership still solely belongs to SoloMega Beatz

Non-Exclusive Lease rights

  • One commercial recording or broadcast
  • Sell up to 3,500 copies
  • Beat can still be resold by SoloMega Beatz
  • Credit must always be given to SoloMega Beatz in any case (i.e. “Beat produced by SoloMega Beatz”)
  • Ownership still solely belongs to SoloMega Beatz

Exclusive Rights

  • No limit/ sales cap
  • Beat(s) marked as sold and unable to be resold to anyone
  • Full artistic and commercial rights
  • Credit must always be given to SoloMega Beatz in any case (i.e. “Beat produced by SoloMega Beatz”)
